Every year, hundreds of thousands of people go through immigration court proceedings in the United States. A missed hearing can mean serious consequences, yet the official case information system can be slow, confusing, or available only in English during the moments when people need it most.

Our mission is to make EOIR case information accessible to everyone — in English and Spanish, on any device, in seconds, and completely free of charge.

2. What This Website Does

Our tool lets you check the status of an EOIR immigration court case using two pieces of information: the A-Number (alien registration number) and the nationality on the case. With them, you can see:

• The current status and case type of the proceeding;
• Upcoming hearing dates, times, and locations when available;
• Past decisions and important deadlines such as appeal filing dates;
• Whether a case is pending at the immigration court or on appeal at the BIA.

3. Where the Data Comes From

All case information displayed on this website is retrieved in real time from the EOIR Automated Case Information System (ACIS) — the same public data source maintained by the U.S. Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review. We do not modify, store, or add to that data. When you search, your query is processed through our secure server-side proxy and your A-Number is never stored.

4. Our Commitments

• Free forever: the case lookup costs nothing, requires no account, and has no hidden paywall;
• Privacy first: we do not store A-Numbers, search queries, or personal information;
• Bilingual: the entire experience — results, guides, and FAQ — is available in English and Spanish;
• Independent: we are not affiliated with the U.S. Government, and we clearly label all information with its official source so you can verify it yourself.

5. How the Site Is Supported

Operating a website — servers, secure lookups, and development — has real costs. To keep the tool completely free for users, this website displays clearly-labeled third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertising never influences the case information shown, and we never sell user data.
